Kezia Retreats Fitness Programme is designed using a holistic approach for those who want to improve their fitness level or those who just need encouragement to kick start a health and fitness regime. It starts with you filling out a health and fitness assessment form. From which a programme is tailor made to meet your fitness goals.
You will then undertake daily personalized fitness sessions comprising of a wide variety of exercises, cardio workout, power walks and hikes, balanced with yoga and pilates classes to stretch and help flexibility.
